Yes — because your data lives only on your device, deleting the app deletes your rounds and bag with it. Cloud backup is on the roadmap; until then, keep the app installed to keep your history.
Head to the Bag tab. You can add discs with their flight numbers and remove any you no longer carry. Your throw history for removed discs stays in your past rounds.
